Mango Mule

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 slices cucumber, peeled and seeded

  • 1 ounce simple syrup

  • 1½ ounces mango puree (I used mango nectar)

  • 1½ ounce lime juice, fresh preferred

  • 1½ ounces ginger beer

Directions:

  • Muddle cucumbers in the bottom of a cocktail shaker

  • Add simple syrup, mango puree or nectar, lime juice and ginger beer

  • Pour into a rocks glass over ice

Calories:

  • 12

Notes:

  • Calories can be reduced using puree instead of nectar or eliminating simple syrup. Also add 1/2 - 2 parts club soda (drink is sweet) to move this drink into the top 50%.
