1 cup frozen mango, thawed, or mango puree
1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1-2 tablespoons honey
Pinch of cardamom
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Add ice as desired for consistency
Puree until smooth

Calories, consistency and flavor will depend type of mango, yogurt and milk and quantity of sweetener. Non-fat yogurt and skim milk reduce calories but I only use whole milk products. Go with your preference.
