Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango, thawed, or mango puree

  • 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1-2 tablespoons honey

  • Pinch of cardamom

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  • Add ice as desired for consistency

  • Puree until smooth

Calories:

  • 22 per ounce

Notes:

  • Calories, consistency and flavor will depend type of mango, yogurt and milk and quantity of sweetener. Non-fat yogurt and skim milk reduce calories but I only use whole milk products. Go with your preference.
